1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and streamhub.bio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website.

streamhub.bio is an invitation-only, curated platform for active content creators. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. EXCLUSIVE ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP

Unlike standard link-in-bio services, streamhub.bio is a premium directory for professional creators. To be eligible for an account, you must:

  • Be Active: Maintain a consistent presence on at least one major platform (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.).

  • Verification: Successfully complete our manual or automated verification process to prove ownership of your channels.

  • Quality Standard: Meet our internal "Engagement and Quality" benchmarks. We reserve the right to deny access to accounts that appear inactive, bot-driven, or inconsistent with our community standards.

3. ADMISSION AND REFERRALS

Registration is restricted to the following methods:

  1. Direct Staff Invitation: Issued personally by our administration.

  2. Member Recommendation: Existing members may recommend creators. However, a recommendation is an application, not a guarantee of entry. All candidates must pass our manual review.

  3. Application: Direct applications are reviewed based on current platform activity and content relevance.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is property of Latitud Zero, Inc. All trademarks and logos provided by you remain your property, but you grant us a license to display them as part of your profile, our promotions or content for our media.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. All information submitted is true and accurate.

  2. You are at least 13 years of age (minors under 18 must have parental supervision).

  3. Your account is for your own professional use as a creator.

  4. You will not use bots or scripts to manipulate your profile or traffic.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use streamhub.bio for:

  • Promoting illegal activities or prohibited substances.

  • Impersonating other creators or celebrities.

  • Selling access to your streamhub.bio account to third parties.

  • Spamming or "link farming" for SEO-only purposes.

7. CONTENT LICENSE & SOCIAL PROOF

By posting your links and content, you grant us a worldwide right to host and display your public profile for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the links you provide and must ensure they do not violate any third-party copyrights.

8. SITE MANAGEMENT AND TERMINATION

To maintain the platform's prestige, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  1. Monitor the site for violations.

  2. Deactivate accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 days.

  3. Terminate your account without notice if we determine you have provided false information or if your social media activity no longer meets our eligibility criteria.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change or remove contents of the Site at any time. We will not be liable for any downtime or loss of data. As a curated platform, we may update these terms to reflect new eligibility requirements at any time.
